Condo is beautiful but….

Pros: Vacasa was super easy to work with. Condo is a close walk to the beach and Coligny. We loved how spacious and beautiful the condo was! It was very clean except for a spot in the main master bedroom carpet. The condo had everything you need! We did not use the beach wagon but one is available for use and I believe 4 chairs. 3 separate balconies were nice. Con: Our only real complaint is my crew did not like having one fob for the gate and front door. Although I love the security it makes it very difficult having to share one fob with 6 people. Having to get someone to come down and open the door for you is 👎🏻 Pool was small and loaded with people we were fine though because we wanted the beach.

Very spacious beach house

My family of 5 absolutely loved staying here. We loved that it has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The beach can be easily accessed by walking across the street and down a short path. We also appreciated that the condo came with a beach cart and plenty of beach chairs that we got to use at the beach everyday. Loved the kitchen. It was stocked with just about everything we needed to cook with. I brought my own baking sheet (I couldn’t find one in their kitchen). Kitchen has a Keurig which is a plus in my book. There wasn’t any extra 13 gallon kitchen trash bags so I do suggest that you bring some if you book here. There is a trash shoot and a laundry closet right out in the hallway. The laundry closet has one washer and one dryer that takes quarters. Even though there is only laundry closet per floor, it wasn’t busy and didn’t pose any issues. We would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

We didn’t have any issues. Everything was fine, just as described. Actually, the condo is much larger than we expected and well laid out for our family dynamic. Pre-2020, anywhere we rented had a supply of kitchen pantry items - salt & pepper, cooking oil, spices, condiments, foil, etc. If we bought anything we needed we would leave it for the next family. This condo did not have any of those things. That was not a problem for us. Just letting future renters know to bring their own.

Wasn’t what I expected

Pros-Clean, decorated well, good location, comfortable beds, good tech options, and awesome Keurig coffee latte machine! Cons-Mold/Mildew smell. Theirs likes a water moot around the front and sides of each building. The building is around 50 years old, so if your sensitive to mold/mildew I wouldn’t recommend the unit. There was also exterior painting going on during our stay which was annoying because we’d be woken up early in the morning by painters yelling and moving machinery around the building. This was not disclosed in the VRBO description. Owner did give us small credit for this issue. It was difficult at times to get help from Vacasa the property manager. Call center was not helpful and difficult to communicate with non-us based customer service reps. Would not recommend this unit.
