We are pet friendly! We have a pet fee of $30 per pet/per night.

For the safety of guests & owners, this house has 2 Ring Doorbell Security Cameras with audio. Camera #1 is located at the front door of the home. Camera #2 is located at the interior garage door in the garage, walking into the home. There are no cameras anywhere else on property and no cameras inside of the home.

Family get-away

We had a great stay with our family. This house accommodated our family’s needs perfectly - spacious with plenty of room and entertainment for all, from the games, to the pool table, to the hot tub and access to the owner’s club. We will definitely stay here again!

Fun Family Weekend

Property was very nice! Big house with plenty of space. Loved that most rooms had their own bathrooms. Perfect house to get away and just hang out with family. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home in Galena Territory

We enjoyed a girls weekend with family and friends in this beautiful home. The house is fully stocked and very clean. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for large groups. Coffee bar was great. The downstairs bar was a great place to gather.

Amazing property!

We stayed in the area for last 5 years or so, this was by far the best house we have rented. The space is great. Loaded with everything you might need (toys, games, extra pillows and blankets, even inflatable beds..). Communication was excellent, quick. We all really loved it and we hope we can come back again

Terrific property

The Johnson family reunion was a huge success due in large part to the absolutely perfect property we chose in Eagle Ridge. Large,comfortable,clean and well equipped. And the hosts were great at on all levels. We will be back again!

Great Family House

We celebrated Christmas with our family - 10 adults and 2 children, for the weekend and this house was perfect. We used the sleds provided on the backyard hill and the hot tub was used numerous times. The house had a great layout and Jess was a fabulous communicator. We will definitely rent again.

Large and Cozy Space

We enjoyed our stay. The home is large with many bedrooms and TVs. We were 2 families - kids ranging from 7-14. The home has a cozy feel even though it is large. Home owner was very responsive. I would recommend this property.

Wonderful property!

Jess was excellent to work with. She provided excellent details about the home prior to checkin. The home was truly lovely. Unfortunately my stay was cut short but I would love to go back soon. The home was spacious, welcoming, spotless, and offered many amenities. I especially liked the coffee bar

An amazing place to gather with your family!

Our family had an amazing stay at the Gathering Place. We had plenty of room for multigenerational group. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want as far a cooking and serving items. We loved the roomy great room, adjoining screened porch and deck and the walkout basement entertaining area with hot tub, patio seating and fire pit area. The kids loved all the indoor and outdoor games, especially the pool table, there’s even toys for the toddlers. We enjoyed going to the pool at the owners club, there’s so much to do in the whole area. Thanks so much Jess! You made our stay very enjoyable.

Perfect for all ages! Highly recommend!

We stayed with three families (13 people) - kids ranging from 10 to 15. Great spaces for playing board games, watching TV. Enough seating for everyone at meals. The kids especially enjoyed breakfast on the deck! Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms for all! Very nice that 4 of the bedrooms had bathrooms within them, with the other 2 having bathrooms right next door! Communication was great - very quick turn and very helpful! They even purchased an air fryer so that we didn't have to pack and bring one with us! Community areas were fantastic! Great walking paths and we enjoyed the pool and basketball court every day!

Wonderful Place to Host a Large Group!

Jess's Place is a wonderful place to have lots of space and the location is wonderful. We came with four families all with children and the space was wonderful. Large and comfortable. The bedrooms are huge and the common spaces were perfect for hanging out. WE spent all three nights in the hot tub and it was great. The kitchen was SUPER well stocked with appliances. Seriously, we didn't need to bring anything with us at all. The neighborhood was very quiet. We walked to a playground with the kids one day and drove up to the clubhouse another day. The clubhouse pool is great for kids! There is a whole kids section that our 2-4 year olds played in for hours. When we left many of our friends said "lets do this every year. This exact place." So it doesn't get better than that :)

Close to perfect, with one serious flaw

The weather was perfect. The younger people enjoyed the hot tub and game room. The pool table was a hot item for several adult males. Walks around the territory, swimming and games at the owners club rounded out the experience. The fire pit and night sky viewing was appreciated by all, youngest to oldest. Sitting out in the three season room for reading and quiet conversation was appreciated by the early risers. However, eight adults really appreciate their morning coffee with the quiet. 3 coffee pots and not a single one really worked! Ugh. They all need a good vinegar washing at least. Each pot took up to 3-4 hours to run the water through. We came up with several work arounds, but it challenged the sense of relaxation which was otherwise available. The pots need cleaning!

This stay was exceptional! My family and I stayed here the weekend of my wedding and it accommodated us beautifully. We had 14 guests, so all beds were full , and everyone was gushing about the house. Even the couple who slept on the pull out couch said it was super comfortable! Wehad our too dogs also loved the house!

Jess is an amazing host, who answered every inquiry immediately and communicated all instructions for occupying the residence in a timely and thoughtful manner. The property is in excellent condition, with very thoughtful and complete amenities, for cooking, bathing, entertainment, etc. Everything you could want was carefully planned for. We had 12 people (7 adults and 5 teenagers) and everyone had a great time. The dining table was a highlight for our family, as we were all able to enjoy meals together. The Wi-Fi and the streaming service for all of the TV's all worked flawlessly. Should the occasion arise, we would definitely rent this property again, and will highly recommend it to family and friends.
