Taylor House - 2021 Complete renovation.

The Taylor House has been completely remodeled, everything is new! It’s minutes away from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Has brand new appliances with all the kitchen amenities you’ll need including coffee always on Us. The home is nestled in a historic area of Phoenix, in process of being completely remodeled. Two new Queen size beds and one bedroom with brand new twin beds, two large TV’s , eat in kitchen, desk for the working travelers. We also offer a concierge service for additional minimal items you may want upon your arrival (additional cost).

No attention to detail. Unimpressed.

We were not given instructions on how to enter until we were sitting in our rental car outside the house. To be fair, the owner did respond immediately to our request for entry instructions. In previous VRBOs, that has always happened a day or 2 prior to arrival. I would put the amenity level at Walmart bargain bin. Sheets were the $8.88 special. Kitchen was stocked oddly. There was pepper but no salt. There were 20+ plates but four bowls. Odd for a place that claims to sleep 8; I guess you are supposed to rise early to beat your fellow guests to a bowl for cereal. Other amenities were also on the spartan end of the spectrum of places we've stayed. I won't clutter the review with all the details. We did message the host about some of these things and he responded with the address for a local grocery store. Funny comment I guess, but I don't expect to have to buy salt when I go to a VRBO. Overall we had a fine time and this VRBO wasn't terrible but it was by far the worst of the 7 or 8 VRBOs I've ever stayed at. Not remotely the cheapest either.

Exceptional Stay

What a great location for our stay, so much space and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Everything was impeccably clean and well stocked. There was nothing else a family could need. Our host Lamar went above and beyond to help with any concerns with our travel times and even when we locked ourselves out. Thanks again Lamar for everything. We hated when our trip had ended and can’t wait to return to Arizona, will only ever choose this location, see you soon. S. Ratliff

Clean and Comfy

We were in town for our daughters graduation and the property was conveniently located near the airport and college. It comfortably housed 6 adults and was clean and the interior pleasantly remodeled. I would recommend an outdoor seating area but all in all it was a nice stay.
