My place is close to Children's Museum of Phoenix, Chase Field, Phoenix Convention Center, Pizzeria Bianco, Heritage Square, T-Gen and VALLEY BAR (all walking distance). The property is also perfectly situated near a major highway (I-10) and a 7 minute drive from the airport. You’ll love my place because of the location, the outdoors space, the ambiance, the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The property has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms include a California King, two queens, a queen-sized air mattress, and a full-sized futon. Private backyard close enough to hear baseball games from Chase Field!

The owners take really good care of the home. Great for diamondback game or basketball games. Walking distance to a lot of places if it was cooler weather. Uber is easily accessible and close to the airport like 10 minutes away. There was one night with thunder storms and lightening and rain messaged the owner and asked if they wanted us to put the patio cushions in the garage. Answered right away. Anytime I had a question about something I got a very fast and prompt response.Would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I stayed here for a conference at the Convention Center. Location was beyond perfect. We were all very comfortable and were happy to have the backyard to relax in after a long day of lectures. Neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. I would stay here again if I come back to the area.

Fabulous rental for a family.

We moved our daughter into college and I wanted to be able to stay at a house to have family time before moving our girl into school. This was the perfect house. Provided everything a family needs while away from home. Would definitely come back and rent when it's time to visit our daughter.

Great location for a family stay

It was very easy to check in, and the house was exactly as described. It was immaculate. Linens, towels and furnishings were are very nice. Selection of breakfast drinks and drinks in the fridge were very welcome. Great place to spend time with family. The location was convenient to downtown with easy access to highways. I’d happily stay again.

Best weekend away

Myself, my husband, and four of our friends rented the property from Saturday to Monday to see the Red Hot Chili Peppers at State Farm Stadium and had the BEST experience. The home was spacious and comfy, the restrooms were well stocked, as well as the kitchen and anything else needed. We will absolutely be back!

Great house

House is gorgeous and very large for a downtown home. We were absoloutly shocked at the size of the back yard, especially for the middle of downtown PHX! Owners were very thoughtful leaving out all we might need including some amenities in the kitchen. We even found a pack n play and baby chair in case we needed it. Lighting was a bit tricky to figure out at first but we got it, so many switches on the wall! Overall we loved our visit there, my mother was recording the house and size because she wants a house like this! Needless to say we all enjoyed our time here. Thank you!
