The loft boasts a Queen and Cal King bed, but beware of the low ceiling. The fully equipped kitchen, smart TV in the living room, and convertible couch offer comfort and convenience. Enjoy natural light on the porch with picturesque views. The clubhouse, showers, and laundry room are conveniently opposite the cottage, while the pool and dock are within walking distance. Embrace summer days on the river slide or explore nearby trails with your Razors or toys. Accommodating up to 6 people, the home is steps away from the Colorado River and a short drive to Quartzsite. For larger groups, AZO's website features additional homes and cabins. Note: Beds have sheets in the summer; blankets and sheets are provided in other seasons. Rest assured, the exterior is monitored with video cameras for security.

I did not realize the upper bedrooms had very little ceiling space so it was a bit tough for my 6ft son to navigate that sleeping area, especially since he had hurt one of his knees. Hard to crawl around and he was not able to sit up in bed. I was also disappointed we could not get any of the Olympic games on the TV. Maybe I just did not know how to operate it for local stations. It was clean and well stocked for our stay and if it was just my husband and I staying I would rent it again.

River trip with the grandkids

This place is great! The kids loved loft. Sort of there favorite hang out. The place is close enough to a nice beach hangout on the river. Everything worked well and the owners made sure everything was good to go. Nice to have a cool place to go after a hot day on the river.

Great place with nice touches

This house was perfect for our stay, it stayed nice and cool even though it was at one point 120 degrees outside. The mini spit in the bedroom was outstanding!

Perfect spot

Perfect spot- near the river and launch ramp. The house had everything we needed and kept cool even with triple digits outside. Sonia was an awesome host and very quick with communications. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you- we enjoyed the river with the easy launch ramp and fished throughout the day.

Why they chose this property

Off Road Riding during Fall spring and Winter! Summer days in the water! We could never go wrong with it.

What makes this property unique

Our cottage is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It features central air conditioning along with a split unit to help keep the home cool during the summer months. During the off-season, there are nearby trails perfect for riding.
There’s always something happening at the clubhouse, and we’re just steps away from the clubhouse laundry facilities, with the pool, hot tubs, and kids’ pool all within easy walking distance—so there’s always something to do.
The cottage is always stocked with basic cooking essentials, which we regularly check and monitor since we visit every couple of weeks. Keeping the home clean, well-maintained, and welcoming is very important to us—for both our guests and our family.
