Perfect location to visit Paris. 15-20 minute walk to most major landmarks. Metro accesible within 5 minute walk. Small apartment for a family of 4 but was willing to overlook because of the location.
Spectacular location, very quiet, sweet building. Nice kitchenette. Good communication. I would say the room was just a bit on the depressing side. Completely unadorned with crappy furniture. Wouldn't take much to make it appear that someone cared about this place. Sorry to be like that, but people come to Paris for a bit of romance... this was just a bit dispiriting.
The place is small and has no AC, but the location is great. Biggest issue is the very very poor communication from the owners. This is one of those "corporate" enterprises trying to make a living out of renting several units, and doing a poor job of customer service in the process. Not soul, no understanding, like talking to a robot......which maybe it was?

Excellent location
The apartment is in a great location, steps away from bakeries, grocery stores, metro and restaurants. Short walk to Eiffel Tower and faces a quiet courtyard. Agree with other reviews that the place is cheaply furnished and more attention could be paid to the place (paint peeling from shower walls, bleach stains on towels). In the summer, it would be helpful to have flat sheets because the available comforters are too warm. Communication was fine except for the message I received from someone other than the host requesting an optional damage deposit on a payment platform outside of VRBO which made me anxious about the legitimacy of the booking. I contacted VRBO about this and they never got back to me. In the end, I ignored the message and was relieved that everything worked out but the anxiety could have been avoided if VRBO responded directly to my inquiry and if individuals other than the host should not be able to message me on the VRBO platform.
Great Value and Location with a True Parisian Feel
This studio is a great find if you're looking for a budget-friendly stay in a fantastic location. It’s compact and doesn’t have AC (which is typical for most Paris apartments), but it served our family well as a place to rest and recharge between adventures. We weren’t planning to spend much time inside, and for that purpose, it was perfect. If you're American, it's important to understand that this is a typical Parisian apartment—cozy, efficient, and full of character. In fact, the building’s hallway even gives off strong Emily in Paris vibes, which made it a fun, authentic experience to share with my kids. I actually liked showing them what an affordable apartment in Paris (or New York) might look like after college—it’s a good dose of reality mixed with charm. The sleeping arrangements worked well for our family of four, and the use of space, especially with the wardrobes, was thoughtfully done. Check-in was easy, though a self-check-in option would be a nice future improvement—we ran into some traffic and I worried we were causing inconvenience.A few small updates, like a fresh sponge for each guest and some light TLC in the bathroom, would make the experience even better. But overall, for the location and price, it’s a solid choice. We'd happily stay again!
Good Location, A bit rundown and Poor Communication
We asked if we could check in early. The owner kindly said the cleaning team would let us in. We waited and waited outside the door. I messaged him and he said where to find the key, which was past 2 locked doors. A resident let us in. I messaged him that we were let in and it appeared the cleaning team had already come. He said they hadn’t come yet and that we had to wait for them. My husband waited in the apartment for 2 hours. He then messaged me that they had indeed already cleaned the apartment. A few hours later he said they came and waited for us outside to let us in. I repeated that we had already gotten in to the apartment. The communication was very confusing as I had to repeat things several times. The apartment is OK - peeling paint in the bathroom, bed is up against window so one person has to climb over the other to get to the bathroom, the side table by the bed can not hold a water bottle. It is not a one bedroom but a studio. It is in a good location and mostly pedestrian street.
