A stunning 5th floor unit at the Palms Of Destin Resort features a master suite with a new king bed & an on-suite with a soaking tub. The guest suite has a double bed & an on-suite. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area & living area with a leather queen-size sofa bed. The resort offers on-site parking, a fitness center, Destin’s largest lagoon zero-depth pool, hot tub, children’s wading pool & splash pad, lighted basketball & tennis courts, as well as a new on-site restaurant.

The space
The master bedroom has a new king-size bed furnished with a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, private bath with soaking tub/shower with access to the large balcony overlooking Henderson Beach State Park and the Gulf. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen tv, and an attached bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower. Throughout the newly painted unit, you will find gorgeous furnishings, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, leather chair, leather couch with queen-size sofa bed, washer and dryer, with an open floor plan overlooking the Gulf Of Mexico. Enjoy free internet and cable TV.

The Palms Of Destin's boasts the largest, 11,000 square foot, 259,000 gallon, newly tiled, zero-depth entry Lagoon pool in Destin. The pool area includes five waterfalls, a walking bridge, and spacious lounging areas. There are also a 21,000-gallon heated pool, children's splash pad, and whirlpool spa.

The Palms Of Destin features a 2,265 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center. It includes elliptical cardio treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, and an assortment of free weights and summit trainers, each having a personal entertainment system.
The Palms Of Destin offers a full-size basketball court and two lighted tennis courts with complimentary equipment from guest services in the resort lobby. The Palms Of Destin also offers lessons and clinics taught by USPTA and USPTR tennis professionals.

Seasonally, the resort offers a complimentary three-minute air-conditioned beach shuttle to the beach. Access is beside the Back Porch restaurant from 10 am - 10 pm. Additional shuttle runs to the Destin Commons and Harbor Walk Village.

Building management requires a $25.00 per day resort fee. This fee is capped at $99.00 per stay. The fee covers guest use of all resort amenities (i.e., pools, fitness center, parking, resort shuttle, and all playground and recreational spaces located within the resort).
