This amazing Elizabeth 3-Bedroom 2-Bathroom bungalow by Mansion was completely redone in 2021 by professional design firm Studio3B to embrace the Elizabeth/Uptown lifestyle while bringing life (and creativity) to this original 1920's bungalow. All of the modern amenities abound in this Mansion home from custom quartz countertops in the new kitchen, stainless steel appliances, Roku Smart TVs throughout, and the Mansion OS powering the other Smart Home features.

Special bungalow

Well appointed bungalow with relaxing back screened porch. Lovely neighborhood. Responsive staff. Just a few kitchen updates which I communicated and the lock system was a little testy but resolved. Shower head in main hall bath is very small. Would recommend and stay again!

Out of a Magazine!

This house looks like it belongs in a design or architecture magazine. It was absolutely beautiful. The house was comfortable. The location was amazing, and if I need a rental house in the Charlotte area again I will absolutely return.

Great location to enjoy Charlotte

Warm and beautifully decorated home the led to a lovely dinner with extended family in the area. Great home for gathering or just taking im nearby sites. Everything about the checkin/out was easy. It would be great to have the back outdoor patio swept/ or blown off from debris but was not a real issue and was otherwise perfect.

Perfect Family Getaway Rental

We stayed at this rental a few weeks ago - 4 adults and two young children. I have done a lot of rentals through VRBO and this property was the best in all categories. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were super comfortable, the neighborhood was very walkable and stores and restaurants were very close by. We used the front porch for morning coffee and the children enjoyed the fenced in back yard. The host was quick to respond through the VRBO link and was particularly helpful assisting us with the retrieval of a valuable piece of jewelry that my son left on the fireplace mantle when we departed.
