The Space:
Our mission is to make you feel safe while you travel and we take that very seriously. That’s why we use medical grade disinfectant between each guest, so you can relax and enjoy your stay.

Top to bottom this beautiful home was made for comfort. The main level boasts an open style great room including the kitchen, dining, and living areas perfectly suited for groups to spend time together. Preparing a tasty meal has never been more fun, interact with everyone in the open style common areas without missing a beat! The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, toaster oven, pots/pans, plates/bowls & utensils, everything you need!

Prepare meals or order out, the large dining room table is the perfect place to enjoy a meal together.

Remote workers and students alike have their own desk in the main floor office, take advantage of high speed internet throughout the house.

Sit back and relax from the comfortable couch and loveseat to our large flat-screen smart TV with cable.

Retire upstairs to the large master suite with King bed and cable tv. The spacious bathroom features a dual sink vanity for getting ready, garden tub, and shower. Also upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms both with comfortable queen size beds as well as another spacious full bathroom.

All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and plenty of closet space. Fresh towels, and linens are provided for each guest, as well as plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap; Hairdryers are available in the property as well.

Don’t forget to spend time outside taking in Charlotte’s beautiful seasons in the private fenced in back yard. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the back deck, or relax with friends and family on the furnished patio or around the fire pit.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to all 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry room, and back yard. Only the locked owner's closet is unavailable. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and on the street, as well as the 2 car garage.

Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.

The Neighborhood:
Private HIlltop Home is located in a beautiful neighborhood just blocks from the popular Plaza Midwood area with tons of restaurants, bars, shops, and more! This neighborhood is centrally located with easy access to many other popular Charlotte areas like Uptown, NoDa, South End, Dilworth, and more!

Getting Around:
This home is nestled into Plaza Midwood, walk a few blocks to the many local attractions, or take a short drive to one of the many local restaurants and bars. Plenty of Ubers are also available to take you uptown or to one of the many other neighboring areas!

Other Things to Note:
The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house trained :). A pack and play is also included at the property! We do NOT allow cats. Any and all pets MUST be approved, requiring a non-refundable pet fee of $150 to be paid prior to check-in. Any unapproved pets will result in a $350 fine. If pets will be in the property over 1 week, we reserve the right to require guests to purchase travel insurance.

We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

Interaction with Guests:
Enjoy privacy during your stay, knowing you will not be disturbed at the property without prior notification unless there is an emergency. Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns!
