In an area ideal for walks along the canals. Close to the beach of la Rubina where you can go walking, cycling, hiking, mountain biking or windsurfing. Beautiful and bright flat, located in a residence in a quiet area, with all the facilities, community swimming pool and large garden. Fantastic view on the sea and *aiguamolls*. Well equipped, 12m2 of terrace, reversible AIR CONDITIONING in all the rooms. Pool: june to september 55 m2 for 4 pers.: 1 bed x 1,60 + 2 beds x 90. Bed sheets and towels not included. Pets and Smoker not allowed
