The "House GR 1904" was newly built in, 2014.  The house has 1 living room together with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 gallery, 1 bathroom, 1 hall and 1 terrace.

The initial supply of bed linen is included in the rent

Within the apartment smoking is not permitted


Guests will enjoy free high-speed Internet access. This is a voluntary additional service of the host, so no services mentioned in the legal sense travel property of the apartment. Rent reduction can not be invoked, therefore in case of failure of the system or parts thereof, or a router.
Following the timely appointment provides the landlord for the arrival and departure for Zempin station free train station transfer

The welcoming atmosphere of the Holiday Rentals' Am Rieck "provides an excellent basis for a feel-good holiday in the island center in the Bernsteinbad Zempin.   The accommodations, 2 cottages, 2 apartments and 1 circus wagon, have been created with great attention to detail, and feature upscale amenities at a clear stem direction.

The garden on the approximately 2 500 m² of land can be used by all land dwellers, guests and the owner family. Children games are available.

Absolut empfehlenswert ich würde ne 1 plus vergeben

Super nette Besitzer, es ist alles gepflegt und sauber. Sowohl im Innenbereich als auch die Außenanlage sind sehr schön gestaltet. Für einen Urlaub mit Kindern perfekt geeignet, da man im Garten ausreichend Spielzeug sowie weitere Spielgeräte zur Verfügung hat. Eine Grillecke die auch für jeden frei nutzbar ist. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen da es nur wenige Meter vom Achterwasser entfernt ist. Wir können es jedem nur empfehlen.

Charmanter Rückzugsort in herrlicher Landschaft

Ein heimeliges kleines Domizil in einem großzügigen und gepflegten Anwesen; mit viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet, alles reichlich vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub braucht, selbst eine Spülmaschine und ein Kaffeeautomat mit Mahlwerk; gute Möglichkeiten, geschützt oder offen mit anderen im Freien zu sitzen; überaus aufmerksame und sehr freundliche Gastgeber (die uns sogar am Bahnhof abgeholt haben); abseits vom touristischen Rummel; ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren; ideal zum Erholen und Entspannen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus

Das kleine und gemütliche Häuschen ist sehr schön eingerichtet, mit allem was man für einen Aufenhalt benötigt. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit dort verbracht und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt wären die Bettdecken - für uns (beide über 181cm) waren sie etwas zu kurz. Dafür waren aber noch Wolldecken vorhanden, die wir benutzen konnten.
