I have lived in Lone Tree, Colorado, near Denver for 13 years, and own other rental properties in the Denver area. I recently retired after a 35 year career at PwC, IBM, and Western Union. My wife runs a Kumon math and reading tutoring center in the Denver area.

The property was originally built as a hotel, then converted to a condominium. The hotel amenities remain (indoor pool, inside and outside hot tubs, sauna/steam room, game room, barbeque grills.
What makes this property unique
Shuttle service to both Beaver Creek and Vail ski resorts. Restaurants and recreational facilities very close by. Eagle River across the street with good fly fishing. Free access to condominium association's on-site indoor pool, gym, sauna, game room, barbeque grills, ski locker, and meeting areas.
