Located in central Florida, Winter Haven is between Orlando and Tampa; 3 miles from Legoland, 5-10 minute walk from shopping and restaurants on Cypress Gardens Blvd. The Cute & Cozy is also in a great location for Florida's amazing beaches, just under 2 hours east or west.

Cute & cozy!

A perfect stop for our 3 nights in Winter Haven. Guest house is very clean and just as represented in the photos. In a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and attractions. Off street parking. Kitchen had everything we needed, and more. Crock pot, air fryer, spices, creamers! Would definately recommend!!

Amazing

This property was perfectly located nicely off the main Street quiet quaint and had everything that we needed. The hosts were super responsive! We even got to meet Socks and Ed which was one of my favorite things and they were both very wonderful hosts as well. 😉 I look forward to staying again when we go back down.

Wonderfull trip

The house was so nice, the neighborhood quiet. Shopping was close this was our first vacation home rental and we are already looking forward to next year. Was amazing!

Why they chose this property

This property because it's located in central Florida, can't get any better, literally in between Tampa and Orlando, only 2 hours or less to any beach on the East or West. We are surrounded by many lakes, 101 to be exact. Lots of fishing, water skiing and boating nearby.
