The penthouse 5 of the "Villa Ostseeblick" is 85 m² and equipped with underfloor heating for 4 people. The living space of 30 m�� is generously furnished and designed with pink Portogallo marble fine stone. Large sliding doors open the window fronts to the 42 m² surrounding balcony, to the south overlooking the Baltic Sea and to the west overlooking the bay and the Zicker mountains. A flat roof overhang and an awning protect against excessive sunlight and in the evening a wood-burning stove invites you to idyllic hours. A seating group in black leather is aligned with a view of the Baltic Sea. The LOEWE 42 "100 Hz flat screen for" digital Full HD "TV with DVD / BluRay player also has digital and internet radio and is very easy to handle with only one remote control. This will make your new home a true holiday experience. A spacious dining area made of high-quality cherry wood and the open kitchen, which is equipped with a countertop granite, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster first class, complete the well-being in our penthouse apartment.
