Lage super, Unterkunft nicht zu empfehlen!

Erster Eindruck der Unterkunft: dreckig/abgewohnt. Die Wände, Böden, Möbel sind verschmutzt. Kurz gesagt eine Grundreinigung, oder Endreinigung wurde schon lange nicht mehr gemacht. Möbel sind abgewohnt, kaputt und teilweise 90‘er. Bei diesem Inserat sieht man, was man mit Bildern alles machen kann. Das war die zweite Reise mit Strand 18, im ähnlichen Zustand. Der Ort ist zu empfehlen, die Unterkunft nicht.

Sauberkeit

Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal in Karlshagen, jedoch waren wir von dieser FeWo enttäuscht. Das Objekt ist abgewohnt und wurde vor unserer Anreise scheinbar nicht nochmal gereinigt. Spinnweben und Dreckecken gerade auf der Maisonette-Treppe. Die Lampe am Bett war defekt. An dem Lampenglas hätte man sich schneiden können.

Sommer in Usedom

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und für 4 Personen gut geeignet. Die Lage ist ruhig und in der Umgebung gibt es alle notwendigen Versorgungseinrichtungen. Zwei Kritikpunkte gibt es allerdings. Es stand kein Internet (Wlan) zur Verfügung. Wlan war zwar in der Anzeige nicht versprochen, aber heuzutage geht man davon aus, dass dies ein Standard ist. Außerdem hätten wir uns für eine schriftliche Hilfe gefreut, die uns sagt, wo wir die Mülleimer finden, wo es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt usw.
