Welcome to White Horse Farm. Experience modern farmhouse luxuries surrounded by rustic open space serenity. Located 30 minutes north of Atlanta off Interstate 85, it is a perfect weekend getaway to escape city life for families and friends.

When you enter the gates, your senses come alive as your sights take in the great green prairies, the scent of freshly cut grass surrounds you and the rippling sound of a nearby stream soothes your soul. Driving up the winding paved road leads you to the farmhouse. It has undergone a recent renovation, however, the original Amish craftsmanship has been preserved. Once you step foot into the foyer, you will experience all the conveniences of modern living with the rustic charm of a classic farmhouse. The original wooden beams, wooden floors and stack stone fireplace is the centerpiece of the grand living room. The modern amenities include a luxurious bluetooth compatible sauna, freestanding bathtub, hot tub, movie theater, game room and so much more. It features 6 bedrooms, with 3 king size beds and 7 full bathrooms. It sleeps 12-15 people.

You can spend your time relaxing indoors or by the hammock overlooking the estate. You can grill out on the screened deck, practice archery out in the field, picnic by the creek overlooking the prairie, hop on the big swing by the barn, make smores on the fire pit or simply enjoy a stroll hand in hand around the property. Whatever you do while visiting White Horse Farm, we hope you will feel at home and create beautiful memories together.

We had our wedding at the property during our stay. Pearl allowed us to visit ahead of our stay, very responsive to all of our questions, and quickly took care of all requests we had. Highly recommend staying here.

Best rental we have ever stayed in! The host was super communicative and very very sweet. She made us a welcome basket with a note and made our group feel very at home and welcomed. We loved the property, with all the animals and views. The inside was just gorgeous and very clean. 10 out of 10. We would rent here again!

This is one of those rare houses where the pictures can't begin to do it justice. We had the most perfect fall weekend—the fire pit, cornhole, visiting with the horses, walking to the barn with our coffee in the morning, glorious sunsets. The house is gorgeously appointed-- feels very luxurious. I would highly recommend staying here!

You absolutely must stay here. The animal interaction was absolutely amazing. All of our kids from our one year-old to our 16-year-old loved it. It actually made us go back to our own land and figure out how we’re going to lay out our property because we were so inspired.

This house and property is absolutely spectacular. We were there with our family for my father-in-law's 90th birthday and an early Thanksgiving! It's so nice going to a house where we have absolutely no complaints every toilet works dishwasher works faucets work etc there was plenty of cookware and place settings that we didn't have to worry about running to the store and getting paper products instantly. On top of this being a farm and having all the farm animals that really made the trip special for a lot of people. We have booked many trips on VRBO and we have had the most compliments on this spot that we have picked I'm sure we will be back again

Amazing property- highly recommend! Enjoyed the sauna and hot tub during our short 2 night stay- the game room and theater were a hit! Beautifully furnished. Enjoyed visiting the farm animals too! Swinging on the swing- and even loved walking up and down the property! Very peaceful

Awesome Family Vacation Home!

Our stay at this property was simply awesome! It offered incredible spaciousness, and the thoughtful addition of a bathroom in every room was a significant highlight for our large group. The massive dining table was perfectly suited for 10 people, providing ample room for shared meals and laughter. The basement game room proved to be an invaluable asset, providing endless entertainment for all three generations of our family with foosball, basketball, and table tennis. We opted out of the sauna during our summer visit but look forward to experiencing it on a future trip. Furthermore, communicating with Pearl was always swift and straightforward. This property truly delivered a memorable and enjoyable experience for my entire family.

Bridal Party

The White Horse Farm was the absolute best place for my daughter and her bridesmaids and spouses to stay for her wedding. Her and her husband also spent their wedding night here! The master suite was gorgeous as was the entire house. The peaceful setting was just what they needed before and after the wedding. Every e lived the horses and they gathered some eggs for breakfast. I could not have found a more picture perfect place. Everyone loved it!!

Best place for family bonding

This is a stunning property with a beautiful and spacious house surrounded by rolling pastures and farm animals! Everyone enjoyed their bedroom spaces and we cooked together in the large kitchen and relaxed together in the comfy living room. We had a formal dinner in the large dining room and celebrated a birthday. Mom thought she was in an upscale hotel! Highly recommended also for location to shopping, restaurants while feeling out in the country, away from it all!

Family gathering

This property is a 10/10! We had a family gathering in a neighboring town & needed a place big enough to accommodate family from different parts of the country (14 of us). We found the property to be beautiful & well maintained. The house was exactly like the pictures clean, comfortable, well thoughtout & the beds were super cozy. The space was perfect, allowing us to all be together but also spread out when we needed to. We are already planning our next stay!!

BEAUTIFUL FARM HOUSE AMAZING PROPERTY

Upon arrival we saw deer in the fields, winding scenic view and then you arrive to this AMAZING gorgeous farm house! Has everything from Hot Tub, owners suite is like something out of a magazine! Has sauna, beautiful huge soaking tub, large bedroom with fireplace. I highly recommend renting this beautiful home. My son was getting married at Barn South and this was a great place for our family to stay. 15 minutes from the venue. Thank you Pearle for the wonderful stay!

The most comfortable getaway ever

The property is fully stocked with everything you could ever need . The children had a blast . We barely heard them - they were so entertained by the movie theatre , pin pong table - they had a whole floor to themselves. The house is beautifully designed. The farm is very clean and it’s an enjoyment to each the sunset ,to watch the horse walking around . We enjoyed the outdoors as well. Thank you Pearl for opening your house for us. Outstanding Retreat

Our stay was for a business retreat of 5 adults - 3 men and 2 women. Everything was absolutely perfect. I took the basement floor bedroom which was a fully functional apartment. My female coworker took the master on the main floor and the guys took 3 of the 4 bedrooms upstairs. We cooked in the kitchen, made s’mores over the fire pit, enjoyed the hot tub, played corn hole and walked the beautiful grounds. Publix & CVS were less than 5 mins away. We had coffee at the nicest bookstore I’ve seen in years (The Inside Story) and had delicious meals at the Cotton Calf and The Galloping Galette. I’m only sorry we didn’t have time to watch a movie in the projection room. Thank you for an outstanding retreat, Pearl. It exceeded my already high expectations!

Of 35 acres you only have access to the drive way and back yard. The hot tub is so dangerous with no lighting and slick stairs that my 78 y/o mother slipped and fell. Then my 30 y/o nephew sliced his toe inside the actual tub. Archery is unusable with only broken arrows and bows that don’t pull. Animals are strictly prohibited from being touched. “Maintenance guy” came into property upon arrival with gift basket and lingered to “check hot tub chemicals” while my family was arriving from their exhausting 9 hour drive from VA. Property manager said maintenance guy would be onsite daily at 5pm to feed animals, but was back the next day at 12:30pm. The door knob to the main door into home thru screened porch was broken, causing people to be locked out. (The entire handle pulls off).) Multiple issues with front gate entrance from hwy 332.

Beautiful Property
