Nice, Clean Property, Convenient location

This townhome was new, clean, fresh, well maintained. The host was VERY responsive and helpful and was able to accommodate my group with a last-minute reservation since my other rental was cancelled 2 hours before my stay. I stayed here with my family for the Houston Rodeo. It was a quick and easy drive to NRG Stadium and the zoo. I gave it a 4 for location/neighborhood just because there wasn't really a good outside area for kids and not a lot of close by/walking distance eating options. BUT close proximity to Hermann Park and easy access to most things being on the South Fwy Service Rd. The unit is a townhome with 3 sets of stairs so not an ideal choice for very young children (although we made it work) or people with trouble navigating stairs. Overall a great place and a good experience staying here.
