Cozy 2 bedroom condo, convenient location to Vail Mountain.
Beautifully updated private condo on a tranquil creek. Brooktree condo complex is located in the Sandstone neighborhood on the sunny north side of the frontage road just across the hwy from Lionshead Village.
Two story condo with 2 upstairs bedrooms. Master bedroom has a queen bed and a workspace perfect for a laptop. The second bedroom has two full beds. Full bath upstairs with a shower/tub.
The unit is equipped with everything you need to cook meals while enjoying the gas fireplace. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for laundry.
The Brooktree condo complex is on the free town of Vail bus route and is a short 5 min walk to the bus stop. Bus comes 2+ times per hour and has drop off locations to Lionshead or Vail Village.
One parking spot is included in the rental.
No SMOKING (even outside) and No PETS as rules per the HOA. Town of Vail License #028036
