This modern 43 square meter 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor and is suitable for 2-3 people for a relaxing island stay. The living room has a cozy couch corner with flatscreen TV. The full kitchen incl. Refrigerator, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave is open in the living room. For cool season you can use the existing chimney. A dining area is housed in the adjacent light-filled porch. From here you can enter the furnished terrace over four stages. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (80 x 200), a bedside table and wardrobe. The bathroom with window has a shower and sink / toilet. A parking space is available on the property, bicycles can be stored in the basement.

The lovingly renovated bath villa "Emmi" awaits you in a central location in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf (about 300 m to the pier). The cozy, comfortably furnished apartments of this stylish little villa are ideal for a relaxing holiday. Car parking spaces are available at the villa and in the parking garage (about 50m away). Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten are possible in front of the house.

Arrivals are possible from 13:00 to 16:00 and departures from 08:00 to 11:00.

Ein toller Aufenthalt in der Villa Emmi, sehr schöne moderne Wohnung, sehr ruhig, tolle Lage in Heringsdorf.

Ruhiger Mini-Urlaub

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber & schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet nur eine Auflaufform wäre wünschenswert. Zudem konnten wir nicht wirklich erholsam schlafen im Doppelbett, da die Matratzen durchgelegen sind & der Plastik Schonbezug hat einen echt schwitzen lassen - was mega unangenehm war! Die Schlafcouch war besser. Trotzdem hatten wir eine nette Zeit. Danke

Tolle, kleine Wohnung für Ehepaare

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten schöne Abende am Kamin genießen. Kurze Wege zum Wasser und zu den Restaurants rundeten den Aufenthalt ab. Kleiner Wermutstropfen waren die unbequeme Matratze und die etwas harte Ledercouch.

Schöner als die Fotos

Sehr sauber, sehr hell und freundlich, viel Sonne auf der Terrasse. Alles, was man für den Urlaub zu zweit braucht. Nettes Service Personal vor Ort. Wenige Gehminuten zum Strand. Sehr zentral. Dankeschön!
