The modern, maritime-style, 3-room, non-smoking apartment is located on the ground floor of the apartment building and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay in approximately 50 m². 

For added comfort, we provide linen packages, which are mandatory for all guests. To ensure our younger guests are well taken care of, we offer a travel cot and a high chair upon request for an additional fee—please specify this when booking. 

A free parking space is also available so you can enjoy your holiday stress-free.
Please note that a security deposit is required for your stay. This is due along with the final payment, serves as a security deposit, and will, of course, be refunded to you after the property has been returned in good condition

The spacious living area invites you to relax and is furnished with a comfortable couch, an armchair, and a coffee table. Of course, satellite TV and a radio are also available to ensure you feel completely at home. The well-equipped kitchenette offers everything you need for your meals: a ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and much more. The kitchen counter is perfect for enjoying a cosy breakfast—an ideal start to the day!

The living room, hallway, and bathroom have tile floors, while the bedrooms feature laminate flooring. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a closet with plenty of space for your clothes. In the second bedroom, you’ll find a pull-out single bed that can accommodate up to two people if needed. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower and toilet.
