The new 3-room apartment is located on the upper floor of the amber villa. The stylishly furnished apartment has a bedroom with double bed and another with two separate beds. The living room with integrated fully equipped kitchenette has a comfortable leather sofa, dining table with 4 chairs and flat screen satellite TV (flat screen FullHD / LED TV) and CD radio. A free wireless internet hotspot is available to our guests. There is a large comfortable balcony in a beautiful south facing position, where you can enjoy your holiday. The bathroom has a shower / WC / hair dryer. The apartment is tiled in all rooms and has central heating. Energy costs and a parking spot on site are included in the rental price. The apartment is a Non smoking apartment and allergy friendly, so pets unfortunately have to stay at home. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. In a housekeeping room you can use a washer and dryer for a small fee by arrangement.

The villa has six residential units.
