Multiple casual and fine waterfront dining! 5 minute drive to Baywood Greens described as the "Augusta of the North,” Baywood Greens is by far the most visually spectacular golf course in Delaware. Close proximity to popular shore destinations! This listing only encompasses the first floor of this two story house with its own private entrance. It is very spacious and has over 2000 square feet of living space for our guests to enjoy (see photos). The owner/host lives on the second floor with a separate and private entrance. The owner shares the large driveway and also accesses the detached garage on the property. The open floor plan and the high ceilings makes this an enjoyable space to experience. All the rooms are light and spacious. The bathrooms are very accommodating , as you can see in the photos. There is an outdoor patio to experience with lawn furniture and barbecue grill. This vacation rental has a vey relaxing feel to it. The atmosphere is comfortable and quiet. This is not a party house. We have neighbors close by and we respect their privacy. The Property has outside cameras. Please include entire guest list prior to making your reservation. The Host may request Photo ID's from ALL GUESTS upon arrival and during stay. We do not allow parties, events or visitors.
