The Cévennes break

Family house of 85m² located on the heights of Chamborigaud, with a breathtaking view of the village, Mont Lozère and the surrounding wooded hills. It offers many starting points for hikes, and the river "le Luech" offers a multitude of pretty swimming spots accessible only 2 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot for the more sporty!

The house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Privacy and calm assured (the neighbouring house is unoccupied). It can accommodate up to 9 people and is presented as follows:
- On the ground floor: entrance into the living room/fitted kitchen, with large bay window overlooking the balcony and the pretty view. Heating with wood stove (wood provided), armchairs. Bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. First bedroom with a king size double bed and dressing room.
-Upstairs: A second bedroom with 2 single beds, one of which is on the mezzanine. Third bedroom with a king size double bed and a high bed, many children's games/toys available.
- in the basement, accessible from the living room via a spiral staircase: a master suite with double bed and bathroom with shower and toilet.
-outside: parking spaces in front of the house, large sheltered courtyard space with table and benches for outdoor dining.
Access to the balcony with garden furniture, hammocks, perfect for nap time or an aperitif!
We have a ping pong table.
Terrace below with another lounge area, sandpit, which overlooks the 500 m2 garden (quite steep so under supervision for young children) and the surrounding forest.
The house offers some baby equipment if needed: bed, high chair, dishes and toys.

A little cat named Pirouette also lives with us, she is very nice and not disturbing, a small bowl of kibble and cuddles if affinity are enough for her happiness!
