Perfect Location in a Quiet Neighborhood

This beautiful house was so close to the beach! My daughter graduated college and brought a bunch of friends on our family vacay. We had a wonderful time with plenty of room for all.

Great house! Great location!

My family stayed at this property during spring break and were thrilled that the beautiful, pristine beach was not crowded at all! The house is a super quick, easy walk to the beach. We loved the house! It was exactly how it’s presented on this site. Very clean and plenty of room. Loved the view from the top two porches. Look forward to returning to this place. Also the owners were very quick to respond and great to work with!

Staying at this property every time I come back!

Beautiful place!

We had a great time at this property. It is close to the beach, and it is very well stocked. It’s really nice having a garage to get ready for the beach before going out in the heat! The owners are very gracious and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful hidden gem!

We were so pleased with our stay in your home! The views off the top balcony were exceptional, and the porch off the sitting room was a great spot to read a book and enjoy the water views as well. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen was fully stocked! Our hosts were happy to communicate with us, share their favorite spots to dine and shop, and were quick to try to meet our every need. The beaches were uncrowded, even during spring break - it felt like we had a private beach! And we enjoyed the beach chairs and beach towels that were provided. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, super clean and charming!

The location is fantastic! Perfectly situated in a quiet, well maintained, gated community between Pier Park and Rosemary Beach/30A. Walked to the beach in less than 2 minutes. Ocean sights sounds and smells from the four beachside porches. Beautiful, tasteful, beach decor and fresh high quality linens. Kitchen was well equipped. Will definitely stay again, as soon as we can!
