About this property:<br><br>House in the immediate vicinity of the Pointe d'Annalouesten and the port of Diben with its pier for the bay of Morlaix and the Ile de Batz.<br>10 minutes walk (3min by car) from the beach of Port Blanc and less than 20 minutes from the beach of Guerzit (via the GR34 which is nearby, or 4 min by car).<br>New and peaceful house, very well equipped of 82m², for a relaxing family stay close to the magnificent bay of Morlaix, as well as the beaches of Primel – Tregastel.<br><br>The accommodation:<br><br>New house with a beautiful living room opening onto a large wooden terrace facing South/West and a garden with trees.<br>The kitchen is practical, well equipped and will satisfy cooking enthusiasts.<br><br>Passenger access:<br><br>You have the garden and the whole house. The reception will be done by myself or freely thanks to the key box.<br><br>Other notes:<br><br>In the immediate vicinity of the GR34.<br>Market in the centre of Plougasnou on Tuesdays.<br>Terenez sailing school a few kilometres away.<br>Nearby activities: diving, hiking, mountain biking, visits to the bay of Morlaix, beaches... (baiedemorlaix.bzh).<br>No smoking & no pets.
