The apartment house is located in the Baltic Sea Binz on Rügen directly on the beach promenade (quiet section) and has an internet connection, a lift, underground parking (the entrance height is 2.15 m, with direct access to the house), a laundromat and a dryer (fee). The house has a (limited) beach chair rentals for guests of the house. Bicycle rental can be found near the house at the train station.
