Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir waren zum dritten Mail in dem Haus untergebracht und fühlen uns dort fast wie „zu Hause“. Bis auf die putzintensiven Glastische, die in einer Ferienwohnung eher fehl am Platz sind, haben wir nichts zu meckern 😁 Wir kommen gern wieder.

Super Lage, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit Mittelmaß

Die Lage ist super, wenige Gehminuten zum Strand und zur Gedchäftsstraße. Ein zur Wohnung gehöriger Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Mit der Sauberkeit ist es leider nicht weit her: Haare und Flecken im Bad, Schimmel in der Dusche. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein sinkender Staubsauger hinter der Tür, somit kann die Tür nicht ganz geöffnet werden. Nun zur Küche/Wohn-Essbereich : die Wand hinter dem Herd war total fettig und fleckig. Der Kühlschrank schließt nicht richtig und zieht irgendwo warme Raumluft, deshalb extreme Eisbildung binnen weniger Stunden. Die unteren Fensterdichtungen sind alle verschimmelt. Die untere Glasplatte des Esstisches lag voll Staub, es wurden nur die Ränder geputzt. Neben dem Schrank auf welchem der Fernseher steht ist ein großes Loch in der Wand, aus welchem Glaswolle hervorschaut. Sowas geht gar nicht! Für den Anspruch des Hauses echt schlecht.

Schöne kleine Wohnung in super Lage

Es war eine kleine gemütliche Wohnung in bester Lage zur Ostsee. Wir fühlten uns hier sehr wohl. Allerdings hätte einiges etwas sauberer sein können, wie z.b. Staub unterm Sofa und Heizkörper im Bad.

Die Lage war toll, der Ort bietet darüber hinaus viele Möglichkeiten für eine schöne Urlaubszeit. Die Wohnung war für 3 Personen etwas klein. Insbesondere haben wir Ablageflächen bzw. Schränke vermisst.

Entspannter Urlaub

Das Appartement entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen. Hier einige kleine Vorschläge, damit sich die Nächsten noch wohler fühlen :) Es fehlt ein Geschirrhandtuch und 1 Rolle Klopapier im Vorrat wäre gut. Auf derTerasse sind nur die Stühle sauber, die auf jeden Fall benutzt werden, der Sonnenschirm ist völlig verrostet und kaputt, genau wie der Wäscheständer. Das muss ersetzt werden oder einfach weggeräumt. Lg M. Heinke
