On the 2nd floor (access by a single level because the house is on a slope: living room-kitchen lounge area comprising 1 double bed 140x190cm), 1 cabin bedroom (2 single bunk beds 90x190cm), bathroom (bathtub). Balcony. Large shared terrace on the first floor. Shuttle in front of the house. Private parking for 1 car. Country house located 500m from the slopes. Quiet residential area on the heights of the charming village of Pralognan-la-Vanoise, on a southwest hillside. Good comfort. Pleasant mountain character. Bright apartment with a large furnished and flowered terrace (shared space with the other gîte). Clear view of the forest and the massif. Country house 500m from the ski slopes of the Olympic village resort. Very close to vast ski areas of great renown: Courchevel/3 Vallées 20km away (largest ski area in the world with 600km of slopes), 11km away, Champagny-en-Vanoise/la Plagne/Paradiski area and its 425km of slopes. In the heart of the Vanoise National Park, ideally located to discover this magnificent protected natural setting, with its waterfalls, lakes and glaciers. Many outdoor, sporting and fun activities including the Olympic ice rink and the aqualudic center. Perfect destination for lovers of hiking and wide open spaces!
