Set below street level and surrounded by decks and garden-life, this bungalow offers quiet, indoor/outdoor living. It's wedged in the middle of East LA's trendy neighborhoods and is 10 minutes to downtown and Dodger's stadium.

As an interior designer who lives here when not traveling, I love this home and its collected, vintage-inspired spirit. It's a comfortable and relaxed bungalow that opens up to outdoor lounging and dining.

2/1 Main House + 1/1 Mother-in-Law Suite w/ Walkout Entrance - Monthly Price - 2 Queen Beds, One Twin XL + 2 twins when basement sofa is converted.

This fully furnished bungalow, nestled below street level and enveloped by decks and garden life, offers tranquil indoor/outdoor flow and a unique living experience. In the upstairs main house, two bedrooms and one bath are included in 1000 sq ft of living space. One bedroom features a queen bed and the other an office setup with a twin daybed.

Downstairs, a 70s RV-inspired walk-out basement provides another 1 bedroom/1 bath with a queen bed and flex-sofa sleeping for an occasional guest. This designer-done 400-square-foot space maximizes storage and boasts a fully functioning tiny kitchen that has been featured in multiple publications and includes washer/dryer combo and all-in-one appliances. The Wes Anderson 'glamp' vibes enhance the appeal.

This property would be great for a single family who desires a separate live/workspace or for roommates who hope for more privacy, but don’t mind the typical upstairs/downstairs noises of an older, 1926 house. The lower portion of the space would be ideal for solo, low to average height users due to RV ceiling heights and limited space.

Located in the heart of East LA's trendy neighborhoods, it's just 10 minutes from downtown and Dodger's stadium. As an interior designer's cherished home, the space exudes a comfortable, vintage-inspired spirit. The property includes a front deck space/hot tub, front dining table, back deck and lower yard.

Children are welcome, but caution is advised due to an unlocked hot tub. Additionally, the property rules emphasize no filming/photography.
