About this property
3 Bedroom Ranch with a pond, Tug Hill Snowmobile
Beautiful 3-bedroom ranch with almost 2000 sq. ft living space. Home sits on 1.5 acres with150 ft waterfront on a pond. Located in the heart of Tug Hill region, bordering with Adirondack State Park. Perfect place for snowmobiling and ATV. Snowmobile trails are accessible right from the house. Ski resorts: Snow Ridge and Woods Valley both only 15 miles away (20 min ride), Old Forge is less than an hour.
There is plenty to do all year long for any outdoor enthusiasts: biking, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, ATV, swimming among the others.
Home was recently renovated and most of appliances in the kitchen are new. We installed modern ECO laundry system (no detergent necessary to wash your clothes) with steam washer and dryer.
Top floor is intended for living – 3 bedrooms, full bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, living room with fireplace, piano room, fully equipped kitchen, dinner room, panoramic room (for great views), TV room (with 40” plasma TV, stereo system, DVD/Blu-ray player and Amazon Fire Stick),
Lower floor/ full walkout basement – has ECO laundry, small full bathroom with shower, sauna, fitness room (equipped with elliptical exercise machine, inversion table and 100lb punching bag), sitting area, bar room with air hockey table, Bluetooth speaker and board games.
House has high speed internet
For warmer days we have: above the ground swimming pool, patio table with umbrella and set of chairs, hammock, also we have 3 bikes you can use while you are our guest.
"Milk Plant Tavern" - with great food is within 5 minutes walking distance
