As you step into this charming 50 m² apartment, you'll be greeted by a bright, stylish space designed for comfort. The living room invites you to unwind, offering a cosy sofa and a large TV for relaxation. Just next to it, the dining area features a table perfect for two, ideal for intimate meals.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for culinary creations, with an oven, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, and toaster. For added convenience, a washer is also available.

The first bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed (160x200), ensuring a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom features a trundle bed, perfect for children, and a desk for work or leisure activities. Both rooms are carefully prepared with high-quality hotel linens for your comfort.

The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, shower, toilet, and a separate toilet for extra convenience.

You'll have access to Wi-Fi during your stay, ensuring you stay connected. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed in the apartment. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay to provide a fresh experience.

This apartment is available exclusively with a mobility lease.

The Père-Lachaise neighborhood, located in Paris’s 20th arrondissement, is famous for its namesake cemetery, the final resting place of many historical and artistic figures. Stroll through its shaded pathways lined with monumental tombs and discover the graves of Jim Morrison, Édith Piaf, and other iconic personalities. Nearby, explore the lively Belleville district, known for its panoramic views and vibrant arts scene. Père-Lachaise is a unique place where history, culture, and tranquillity come together.

The property is easily accessible by public transport.

The nearest metro station, Pelleport (line 3B), is just a 6-minute walk from the apartment.

CDG and Orly airports are both about a 30-minute drive away.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
