The peak house was what ive hoped for with every vrbo ive used. Im usually disappointed with some aspect, location, cleanliness, details/amenities BUT peak house was so amazing and exactly as described!! Adults and teens had their own spaces. I loved my loft style suite upstairs and was thrilled there was a door to close off the sitting room and the suite from downstairs. The teens enjoyed the hot tub and having their own rooms. The neighborhood was well taken care of with people out and about. I loved being able to walk to get coffee in the morning
This cute little house was just perfect for our group and the hosts were spot on. Beds were comfortable and they really thought of everything to make your stay wonderful. 5 star for sure!
This was a lovely spot to stay, and the owners did everything to make the stay comfortable. The house was clean, check in easy, and the beds were comfortable. We definitely recommend this house!
We (2 couples) went to Boise just because we had never been there. What a good decision! There is so much to do and such nice restaurants. The house was perfect for us. It was a great home away from home. The owners were quick to respond and gave spot on recommendations. gausus
We stopped in Boise on our way east and had a delightful stay. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, the house was clean and inviting, and we enjoyed the outdoor space and the separate bedrooms for our kids.
The house, location and owners were awesome. We attended a relatives wedding. Enjoyed pickleball, river tubing, restaurants and evenings out. It was nice having the bikes and hot tub. So enjoyed the house! Colt & Leslie

We had a great stay at Peak House. It was clean, very comfortable and stocked with everything you need for a stay. The bicycles are a GREAT addition. Boise is such a bikeable city. Green Acres food truck park down by the river is a great place to spend time on a nice night. It’s also easy to bike or walk down Jefferson Street to 8th Street for all of the restaurants and bars in that area. We had a great time and highly recommend Peak House.
We stayed a short weekend in Boise for a graduation. The check in process was easy and the house is adorable. The furniture and decorations are lovely.
The kitchen has everything you need and the hosts thought of it all, even provided fresh cookies and coffee for the morning.
We didn’t have time to enjoy the bikes or fire pit but there was firewood provided. The hot tub was lovely on a cold night.
The beds were all comfortable and this house accommodated our party of 7 no problem. The hosts were great! Highly recommend!!
Nice place. Didn't know would have have ro ask foe the 7the bed. We had an un group of 6 and needed that 7th bed that's why we rented a house with 7 beds. As a result our 16 year old granddaughter had to sleep on the couch one night the other nights one of the kids stayed the night with her sister. Just a bit disappointing. Otherwise would recommend the place.
My family and I rented this property over Thanksgiving and it was perfect. Comfortable beds, accommodating property owners, and well stocked kitchen. They even left us a welcome gift which was above and beyond. We will stay here again!
The neighborhood was great- so cute and incredibly close to everything. The house was perfect, we had everything we needed and were so comfortable. We also took full advantage of the outdoor fire pit. Would highly recommend this space for anyone traveling to the area.

About the host

I am an Idaho native. I was born and raised in nearby Mountain Home, ID. I feel so lucky to live close to some of Idaho’s most beautiful landscapes. I enjoy hosting so much because I love being able to offer my home to others who want to explore Idaho.
Why they chose this property
We are charmed by the energy of our neighborhood. You will see people out walking their dogs, playing pickleball in the park and sitting out on their front porch watching the world go by.
The neighborhood is nestled between downtown Boise and the Boise River green belt. Both are just a 10 minute bike ride or 20 minute walk from our house.
The house sits on a beautiful tree lined street. You will likely catch a glimpse of one of our local red squirrels and hear lots of birdsong too.
What makes this property unique
Our home is an interesting mix of old and new. We love the many peaks of the roof line, the arched doorways, and the nooks and crannies hidden throughout.
Our upper suite feels a bit like a Paris apartment. It is filled with light in the winter, has a great cross breeze in the spring and feels like a getaway every day.
The two basement bedrooms are cozy little snugs. Each room has its own quirky features that remind us it was built in a different era.
Our exterior space begs you to come outside and just be. Hang out on the deck and BBQ. Sit by the fire. Soak in the hot tub. Stargaze.
