Private Hot Tub and Fire Pit - COZY COTTAGE

Cozy Cottage at Sunset Hills is a studio layout, private cottage in Branson, MO. Cozy Cottage is one of FIVE units at Branson's FIRST and ONLY "Couples/Adults Only" resort! It features a private outdoor covered porch with a hot tub and gas fire pit to enjoy year round. The inside features a 55" smart TV, mini fridge, microwave and Keurig. Wireless internet and Netflix are provided. Cozy Cottage is located directly in front of the swimming pond and from the front porch there are sensational views of our beautiful swimming pond and its 3 waterfalls that is open for swimming during the summer months. We are located less than 12 minutes from Branson's famous strip, The Branson Landing, shopping and restaurants.

Perfect short getaway

Great private place for a short getaway! Close 15 minute drive to all Branson has to offer without being in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. We will definitely be back!

This place is never a disappointment from hands of Jim and Peggy to hands of Lacy absolutely amazing although I do miss Peggy and Jim and the by far "BEST" breakfast you could ever ask regardless this place is MUST!!!

Our stay was very nice.. very quiet and remote.. little disappointed the fire place didn’t work. Was a highlight of our decision very disappointed in that part everything else was jest what we were looking for

Quiet retreat

This was our second stay at sunset hills and first for Cozy Cottage. We had a great time and the fact that it is about 15 minutes from Branson landing and silver dollar city makes this a great couples stay

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our 25th anniversary and we were very impressed with the property. The cottage was very clean and well taken care of and the swimming pond was really nice. Altogether it was a really great place to stay.

Short getaway for our 40th wedding anniversary

We enjoyed the property and the Branson area. The pool was gorgeous too bad it was too cool to get in when we were there. The place was very nice very clean and very pleasant to stay at. We had a great time.

Amazing!

We rented two cabins, one for us and one for my parents to celebrate our anniversaries. It was so amazing we rebooked for a few months later to come back in the fall. Highly recommend staying at this place. The property is amazing and the swimming pond was refreshing and fun. Close to all the activities in Branson but yet you felt like you were camping in the woods.

Comfortable stay

Extremely clean cabin with some great amenities. Bed was very comfortable. Grounds were clean and scenic. Waterfall /swimming pond was pretty and nice to listen to. Was not expecting it to be an actual pond with slippery algae and koi fish to be swimming with, but that’s okay. Still very nice and relaxing stay. Would recommend!

Didn’t want to leave!

I shed a few tears when it was time to pack up & leave! We went back for our 25th Anniversary to the same cabin we stayed in back then! We swam in the pond & enjoyed the hot tub! I can’t wait to go back!
