The comfortably furnished apartment offers space for max. 4 people. The entire residential complex has a large garden that is perfect for sunbathing. The garden is only separated from the lake by a small promenade. Two private walkways are also part of the residential complex. The balcony offers a direct view of the Malcesine Castle and Lake Garda. The apartment has its own underground parking space with an electric garage door. The parking lot is under video surveillance and additionally secured with an electrical barrier.
