Located in the Plantation Resort complex, this spacious and sunny condo presents a stellar choice for your beach getaway. Cozy up for movie nights on the flat-screen TV in the living area or enjoy a crisp beverage on the patio. A shared lawn space provides ample room for games. The full kitchen is equipped with all you need to create your favorite meals and beach snacks, while the bar and table seat four when it’s time to dine.


Enjoy the perks of free high-speed WiFi, a private washer and dryer, and central air-conditioning. For blissful days of fun in the sun, drive 2.1 miles to the heart of Surfside Beach. Find a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions within a short drive from home.

Dear guest, please note there is a large construction project currently underway behind this retreat. This takes place from 8 AM until 5 PM, from Monday through Saturday. Please note that noise can be heard inside the condo. This will affect guests’ interests in using the pool, sitting on the back balcony, and leaving the slider open.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved our stay with one concern

Our stay was clean and comfy, all amenities were great & WiFi was excellent. We only had concerns because the door keypad code would allow us to enter the first 6 numbers and unlocked with any numbers after that.. which was a concern in not knowing who could already have the code as well.. other than the door security needing improvement, our stay was lovely!

the location was great, quiet neighborhood. You never knew what time it was, no clocks in the unit along with no bedside tables or lamps in the one bedroom. Dependent upon your phone for time and nighttime light!! It said no pets allowed but neighbors everywhere had dogs!!!

Please avoid this place.

If you have kids don’t bring them here, you can’t bathe them in the outdated filthy tub. There’s not enough glasses or cups or seating (which is falling apart) I promise you’ll sleep with one eye open due to the self security lock. Don’t do it.

A Great Property!
