Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation at our beautiful beachfront 2 bed, 2 bath fully remodeled and updated condo! As soon as you enter you will feel on vacation with our beachy vibe decor! We have a corner unit with extra windows in the living room and 2nd bedroom which lets in plenty of natural light.
Each bedroom has a king bed which is perfect for families or 2 couples vacationing together, as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom has a private balcony facing west -perfect for watching the sunset over the Marriott resort.
The kitchen is fully updated with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar to enjoy meals and mood led lighting!
The comfortable living room highlights views of the ocean from the sliders which lead to the balcony! Watch the sunrise from the balcony while enjoying your morning coffee.
We provide beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys for fun at the beach!
We are also members of the Marriott Ocean Club which we extend to our guests. Purchase an ID card for $300 at the golf pro shop to access all the Marriott resort amenities fitness center, priority golf tee times and discounted rates, discounted tennis rates, tiki bar at the sandpiper on the beach, restaurants, all the resort pools and the resort shuttle.

We stayed at this property for a full month and loved every moment. The check-in was smooth. The unit was clean and supplied with everything we needed. You can't beat the view from the balcony, and it's conveniently situated to the pool, fitness, pickle ball and beach access. The parking was the best spot in garage. Susan was very responsive. I would return again.

We had such a lovely visit. This is a great location with all the amenities you need. The condo is furnished beautifully and Susan was easy to reach and always very helpful. There is a great binder in the condo for places of interest, restaurants, and everything you need to know about the condo. We visit family here every year and will definitely stay her again.

This is the 3rd time my wife and I (and our service dog, Zoe) have stayed at the Spoonbill (and our longest stay to date - 3 weeks) and we have never been disappointed. Susan and Tom have a wonderful property, and it is exactly as advertised. The unit was immaculate and the snack basket awaiting us upon arrival on the kitchen counter was a nice touch after a long day of travel. This condo is equipped with all the essentials needed for an extended stay as well as all the chairs and umbrellas needed for a relaxing day(s) on the beach. Additionally, having a dedicated, covered parking spot provided with this unit was a real bonus. Finally, from the sunrises to the sunsets visible from your private balconies, the tons of attractions in the area, the golf courses and, most importantly, the great restaurants (Lures, Magic Oyster, Two Georges, any place in downtown Stuart, etc...), you just can't go wrong staying here! We are looking forward to our next stay in the spring of 2027.

We had a wonderful day. The unit was spotless. There were snacks, coffee and water waiting for us and we had the most amazing view of the ocean. The unit is equipped with absolutely anything and everything you need for a beach vacation. Having coffee on the patio while watching the sun come up was simply amazing. The next time we visit the area we definitely will stay here if it is available.

Beautiful Beach Get-A-Way

Stayed here for a short beach vacation with family. Property is gorgeous and clean. My children enjoyed both the beach and the pool area during our stay. The location is perfect with just a short drive to downtown Stuart.

My husband Tom and I moved to beautiful Stuart on the treasure coast from Palm Beach County in May of 2020-yes during the pandemic! We love to travel and always talked about owning a beach front condo to use as a Short Term rental! Our dream came true as we were fortunate enough to purchase a 1 bed 1 bath condo in the Pelican building! We saw the potential and renovated it-it was so much fun picking out the flooring, furnishings, window treatments etc. We started renting October 2020 and have not looked back! We again were fortunate enough to purchase this 2 bed, 2 bath in the building next door that has no min nightly stay and allows pets (we are dog lovers!)
We love hosting and giving guests a wonderful beach vacation or even staycation! Tom owns a software company and insisted on stellar internet! I (Susan) am a semi retired musician-I ran my own music business "Kindermusik with Miss Susan" for over 27 years-I taught mommy and me type music classes and saw thousands of families introduce their babies to music! A lot of these families went on to take private guitar, piano and ukulele lessons- I semi retired from group classes but still teach some private students through the magic of Zoom!
We love to travel the US and try to stay at Short Term Rentals to see how other hosts manage their properties!

Why they chose this property

This is an amazing condo on the Marriott Resort with 2 balconies-one facing the ocean to watch the sunrise and the 2nd balcony off the master bedroom to watch the sunset! It can comfortably host 2 couples or a family. The kitchen and bathroom are all renovated and ready for a wonderful stay! You can have a relaxing beach vacation or even have a work-cation! The internet is stellar and many of our guests have worked as well as enjoyed the beautiful view! Our private beach is right in front of our condo just over the sand dunes! There are no nightly minimums-stay a night, weekend or month! We are also pet friendly!

What makes this property unique

We are members of the Marriott Ocean Club which we extend to our guests! For a minimal fee of $150 our guests can purchase an Ocean Pass and access all the resort amenities! Resort pools, tiki bar which is next door to our building, 24/7 fitness center, resort shuttle, reduced fees golf and tennis! Our private beach is next door to the Marriott Beach and we also provide beach chairs and umbrella for a true beach vacation!
