Located 4 km from Veulettes-sur-Mer Beach and Lake Caniel, 20 minutes from the charming village of Veules-les-Roses and Fécamp, and 40 minutes from Étretat, this lovely, detached house in a quiet setting sleeps 5 and is ideal for a family holiday. The proximity to several charming, family-friendly seaside resorts offers a wide range of activities: beaches year-round, green valleys, a seaside landscape with ever-changing light—beloved by the Impressionists and writers—ports, churches, and castles, casinos, golf courses in Dieppe and Étretat, boat trips, summer tobogganing, sailing, water ski lifts, art exhibitions, museums, and gardens to explore… The owners have successfully preserved the charm of this traditional building with its authentic materials. PET POLICY: SMALL DOGS ONLY; 1 cat allowed. (Yorkshire Terrier, Pinscher, etc.) Ground floor: - large living room, large-screen TV, international channels, stereo system, Wi-Fi. - well-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, freezer, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, bar, and high chairs), - bathroom. Upstairs: - Sofa bed on the landing for 1 to 2 additional guests, - 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm), - 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm, 1 single bed 90x190 cm, cot), - bathroom, - toilet, Cot and high chair available. We provide sheets and tea towels; bath towels are an additional charge of €2.50 each! Outdoor areas: - private, unfenced area with a lovely nearby pond (unprotected).
