IS 1 - Cozy Ground Floor 2 Bedroom Beachfront Condo - Closest To The Beach!

This is one of the few smaller vacation rental beach fronts left on Okaloosa Island. All of these units might as well be new. They were destroyed during the hurricane and have been gutted and re-done. These units have been grandfathered in as far as the required setback to the Gulf. Nothing is closer to the water than these!! If you are looking for a place with fewer units, this is it. | | Free use of community laundry room onsite. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit includes all the furnishings you need to insure an enjoyable getaway at very affordable rates!

Florida stay

Location was fantastic-right on the ocean. Small private condo was perfect for our needs. Great Kitchen, comfortable beds we would definitely stay here again!

Decorated and updated nicley. Great location!

We loved staying in IS 1 They have made updates to the kitchen and furniture and they look great. My family brought me to the Island Surf when I was a kid. I wanted to bring my family to Ft. Walton and was pleasantly surprised Island Surf is still here. You are steps away from the beach and ocean. It is a charming place to stay.

The precious people at legacy and the king family are always accommodating and so kind. This was our 4th year to go to island surf. It is a smaller unit and great for kids. Hoping that some of us will be returning next year.
