With a floor area of 240 m² spread over two floors, it can accommodate up to 12 guests and features six bedrooms, including two self-contained suites, all with stunning sea views. You’ll also enjoy a spacious 60 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchen and four bathrooms with showers and baths. The 1,200 m² garden, swimming pool and jacuzzi will provide you with unforgettable moments of relaxation. The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Garden level:
- A 60 m² living room, equipped with a television, a large corner sofa, a glass coffee table and a grand piano
- A dining area perfect for gathering round a good meal, with stunning sea views through the floor-to-ceiling windows.
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… and offering a beautiful view of the sea.
- A fully equipped utility room, with a tumble dryer and washing machine.
- A suite with a king-size bed (180×200), en-suite bathroom (bath), separate toilet and wardrobe.
- Two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (180×200) and wardrobes, sharing a dedicated bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet
- A further suite comprising a shower room, a separate bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200) and a communal area within the suite featuring a king-size bed (180×200) and a separate toilet

Each bedroom features floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the garden and the spa, providing abundant natural light and a beautiful view of the outdoors.
Three toilets on the ground floor are separate from the bathrooms, one of which is located in the entrance hall.

On the upper floor:
- A spacious suite with a king-size bed (180×200), comprising a shower room with a walk-in shower, a toilet separated by a door, and a wardrobe.

For lovers of fine wines and spirits, the villa has a drinks cellar offering a selection of red, white and rosé wines, as well as rum, whisky, vodka and gin. This cellar is available at an additional cost, with any drinks consumed being charged at the end of your stay. Prices are displayed in the cellar. Bottles are charged at cost price. No mark-up is applied to sales.

To ensure maximum comfort, the owners have carefully selected additional equipment such as a barbecue, a high chair, a table and an iron, a video projector, two cots and a Bluetooth speaker.

- This villa features several terraces totalling 100 m², offering plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the idyllic setting. Ideal for al fresco dining or socialising with family and friends, these terraces are furnished with garden furniture and a gazebo, creating an atmosphere perfect for relaxation and peaceful evenings.
- Take a dip in the private, heated counter-current swimming pool (5.20 x 2.30 m) or opt for a moment of relaxation in the eight-person hot tub. These facilities are available 24 hours a day, all year round, for an uninterrupted wellness experience. A system of panels protects the swimming pool when it is not in use, ensuring easy maintenance and safety. And you’ll enjoy breathtaking sea views whilst you relax.
- The pergola, furnished with comfortable garden furniture, is the ideal spot to enjoy your meals or relax in the shade.
- The 1,200 m² enclosed garden, facing due south, allows you to enjoy the sun all day long. You can also relax on the sun loungers, enjoy the outdoor shower after a lovely day at the beach, or prepare delicious meals in the kitchen area with a barbecue. The garden’s automatic lighting will create a pleasant atmosphere in the evening.
During the winter months (from mid-October to the end of March), the garden furniture is not available to ensure it remains in good condition in the face of adverse weather conditions (rain, frost, moss, etc.). However, the chairs on the upper terrace remain at your disposal.

The villa is ideally situated in Locmaria-Plouzané, in a very peaceful, private and secluded setting. Just a 3-minute walk away, you’ll find restaurants and Trégana beach.

Transport:
A motorised electric gate allows you to access the villa easily and securely. You’ll have access to six private parking spaces on the property.
If required, free public parking, situated overlooking the sea, is also available nearby.

- Nearest railway station: Brest station, 17 km away (about 29 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Brest Airport, 24 km away (about 30 minutes’ drive)

- The following barbecues are available for guests’ use: Fire Magic gas barbecue and Napoleon cast-iron plancha (charcoal-fired). With these two appliances, you can easily prepare all kinds of dishes: meat, fish, shellfish, etc.
- The villa is fitted with a security camera facing exclusively towards the entrance (car park)
- Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €30 per stay (one pet only). Please specify this at the time of booking.
- Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming. The pool’s opening dates are not binding and are subject to change. Subject to favourable weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
