Don’t stay here - terrible experience

This place is not at all what it is represented to be. The sheets were stained. Laundry (wet) left in machine when we arrived. No towels. Eventually towels arrived but they were beach towels not bath towels. The fan didn’t work and kept stopping during the night. The place was full of flies and mosquitoes. The building is the condo half of a budget hotel that caters to students. We got over a lot, but the stained sheets and general dirty feel of the place caused us to leave after one night. Don’t stay here.

Dear Gregory sorry but the flat was not dirty. The cleaning lady did her job and plenty of other customers were entirely satisfied of the cleaning and appreciated their stay with 5 stars appreciations on AIRBNB. Regarding the sheets I proposed you to get new ones. There was plenty of other sheets And towel in the flat you just had to ask where to find them. Also regarding the fan and the clim they are working fine, just that the fan felt down some reason and the protection was moved to its normal setup, I fixed it. Regarding the Clim it is also working fine, for info I have added in the meanwhile a second one with 3,5 kw cooling power to avoid any other complains. Now regarding the description of the flat it is exactly what is put on the site. You are 2 minutes away from the beach and the same for all kind of food shops and restaurants. And you have all the pictures of the flat, the residence with the 2 swimming pools and the Garten on the site. You have plenty of tourists coming from all the world enjoying this very well situated residence. Sorry that you did not appreciate your one night stay But many other numerous guests have.
