Built in 2021, this 7 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home, features a private pool/spa and incredible movie loft. Beautifully decorated and designed with families in mind, this home is perfect for loved ones of all ages to gather and create memories of a lifetime.

As you enter, you will be welcomed by an open floor plan that is spacious yet cozy. Whip up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen with your choice of seating, the breakfast bar which seats 4 or the dining table which seats 6. Choose to chat and chew or watch a little TV on the 65 inch Smart TV while resting comfortably on the oversized sofa.

The pool view from inside the living room is not too shabby! Maybe you would prefer to eat outside and enjoy the Florida weather under the covered lanai at the 6 person dining table. Did I mention the pool is enclosed?! No need to cover yourself in bug spray, grab your shades and relax on a sun lounger or jump right into the pool.

As you travel upstairs you are met by the heart of the home. An amazing movie loft with 9 theater chairs and 120-inch movie screen. This is guaranteed to be a favorite spot for everyone in your party!

When it’s time to say goodnight, choose from one of 7 bedrooms. The first floor features a King bedroom with ensuite , that leads out to the pool. The second floor master with ensuite invites you to “Be Our Guest”, while the king room with ensuite next door just might bring out the Villain in you. Across from the movie loft you will find a Marvelous double twin bedroom and a picture perfect Pixar room with a twin bunkbed and a single twin. Both rooms share a hall bath. Also, upstairs is another King bedroom that just might make you wonder “How Far You Will Go “, and a double twin bedroom that will remind you “It’s A Small World” after all. These two rooms also share a bath.

Don’t forget the garage, equipped with an air hockey table and Playstation4.

If you still need more to do you have access to The Aloha Clubhouse and amenities which has: A large pool, lazy river, water slides, restaurant and bar, cabanas, fitness center, arcade, mini-golf, basketball, volleyball, fire pit, and more!

Fantastic home and vacation

My family and I stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The house is even better than advertised and the owner (Tommy) is very responsive. We especially loved the pool/hot tub and the movie loft. The property's clubhouse is amazing as well. We are absolutely going to look into staying here again in the future!

Fantastic house

We stayed at this house for 5 nights. The house was clean, well kept, and looked just like the pics shown in the listing. House was spacious. Laundry facilities, stocked kitchen, bedrooms with bathrooms, a theatre room, games room and a pool with a hot tub made this fantastic stay! Check in process was clear and easy. Club house with a water park, lazy tiver, arcade, beach volleyball & basketball courts, mini golf was amazing! Tommy was very prompt in answering questions we had throughout the stay. The drive to Universal is about 35 minutes due to March Break traffic. Disney and Disney Springs is a little closer. Shopping is easy to get to. and I have recommended this house to many friends!

Great house- great communication- would stay again!

13 people- 4 adults and 9 kids ages 9-14. The house is beautiful and the photos are accurate. House is clean and Tommy is great. When we arrived one of the bed slates were broken and he had someone there to fix it as soon as possible. Close to all amenities. Pool was great. Would definitely come back!
