Step outside into your private paradise: a large, screened-in lanai featuring a heated saltwater pool and a relaxing spa. The ground-floor master suite even features a private walkout to the pool through its en-suite bathroom.

Inside, the comfort continues with a spacious loft and game room on the second floor, perfect for entertaining. Our group of 8 stayed at the house, everyone had their own space. The highlight of this property is the privacy having no neighbours to the back, also being a corner lot no one was directly beside us. We watched the disney fireworks every night. We spent a few days at the resort and really enjoyed it. I would recommend this house to anyone I know. Adrian also promptly responded to any questions we had.

Thanksgiving trip

Everything was great about the stay. There were a couple minor things like marks on the walls and the balls missing from the foosball table. Also, the jacuzzi doesn’t get “hot” it gets warm but only a couple degrees warmer than the pool.

Vacation 2023

The resort is great in a perfect area to get to Orlando and Tampa in less than an hour. The rooms were nice and overall I would stay again but it could use a touch up in a few areas.

Great House

The house was everything we hoped it would be. The description and photos matched the listing. The swimming pool and hot tub were perfect for the combination of adults and kids. The pool area has a great view of the Disney fireworks every night. The community pool, slides, mini golf, bar area, etc. was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome property

This house was everything we expected, very spacious and had everything we needed to make our family gather. The gate process a little hectic but was able to get it done. Adrian was always available when we needed him.

A true home away from home

This place quickly became our home away from home. It was very clean and well kept. We really couldn’t think of anything more that they could have provided. Management had everything in order and in working condition. No issues with communication which made for a stress free experience and a wonderful stay. We are looking forward to returning next year!

Hidden treasure. Highly recommend!

Just got back from spending the weekend at this new vacation rental and the experience was amazing!! The entire house was spotless and we even got to enter the house 30 minutes earlier. Spacious 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms - it’s a great place for a group of friends to rent or a big family. Large gathering place for meals and hanging out. The pool is great and the yard is very large allowing for a lot of outdoor fun. Will definitely be recommending this property to our friends and family and will definitely be returning in the future.

Great house for large family

We stayed here for 2 weeks at the end of June and our stay was positive. The house shows signs of wear (walls, carpet, some door handles), but overall it was a nice property. We had a couple of minor issues (broken garage can in kitchen) and the property manager addressed them right away. The Disney fireworks every night are an added bonus. The resort area was very busy and crowded, a lot different from our stay at Windsor Island a year ago. Overall the property manager was fantastic, house was a good size for 13 of us but is showing wear and the resort was super crowded. Those are the reasons for our overall 4 star.

House is beautiful and as listee

House is great however the pool and spa never heated and we were basically dismissed every time we asked to please fix it. Outside of that, everything else was fine.

Great family vacation home

The home was just as advertised. Each room was spacious and kitchen well stocked. Adrian was very responsive and helpful when needed. Pool and outside area got much use from us just the right size. Everyone said they’d definitely stay here again!! The resort pool and activities are walk-able from home. Pool/lazy driver and bathrooms were clean. You can bring your own float/noodles as lazy river tubes are limited. Food and drinks available for purchase with servers walking around or bartenders. Arcade and putt putt and volleyball all free with your activity card and one ID! There is a Publix, gas station, and Twisty treat close by.

Great Stay in Davenport

Highly Recommend We arrived March 25-April 3. Family of 12 Adults and 2 children. We had amazing time. Lots of room for everyone. Communication was very easy and quick responses. Anything I asked about or needed was dealt with very fast. Pool and spa were the highlight of the trip. All had a great time. Very private backyard. Watched fireworks every night from afar. The Windsor Resort that is attached to the subdivision was also a great extra to have for activities. Lazy river and water slides were a hit. Nice and close to grocery store, Walmart, Golf, shopping, fast food places. The only suggestion is there needs to be more seating to eat outside for a house this big that holds many people. I would very much rent this place again. It had everything we needed for a family vacation and more. Tracey

Orlando trip

Property was clean. When we arrived I noticed that there was loose trash in the trash bin from the previous tenant. We were unable to use the grill because the propane hissed. There was also stains on the carpet leading upstairs and upstairs. The refrigerator had like a hand or fist print by the handle when we arrived. These things were not a huge issue. Just thought you should know. We had an amazing time.

Some issues

Getting through the gate is horrendous.. it was 2 hour wait every evening if you tried to get through the gate. Then even with the passes the host grants, they still say at the gate, they aren’t acceptable passes for the property and you have to co tact host to add again. Thankfully was able to get to host but then had to sit and wait again to get through gate. So evening outings and even delivery service is not recommended. The dishwasher didn’t clean well. The microwave and the oven didn’t heat well. The drier took two times to dry a small load of clothes. Shower heads need cleaned or changed so you have a decent shower pressure..The hot tub and pool were nice and warm. Enough supplies in house for a start. Spacious. Some minor blemishes with walls and wall paper. And the upstairs had a weird smell I wasn’t sure where it come from. Those minor fixes with the house and the gate issues, would be a perfect get away!

Spacious house

This house offered a great space for our group of 19. It was clean and offered fun things to do for our young adults/teens. We were disappointed that the hot tub and pool were having trouble with heating properly. I worried this would be an issue after reading reviews but hoped we would have better luck. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I think this is a common problem among many of the pools in this community because I saw many pool vans servicing pools. The owner did a good job communicating with us but I was very disappointed in the community staff. The guards at the gate were the worst and seemed annoyed we were there. Our only positive interaction with the community staff was a sweet lifeguard at the pool. We had a lovely conversation with her. The general consensus from our group was that while we loved the house the community staff would keep us from booking here again. Also, the rules have strict policies about the trash. We followed those rules but were very disappointed to see the amount of trash piled up on the curb and not in trash cans. This happened daily and we wondered why trash was not being picked up. I hope the owners in this community have a way of sharing this feedback with the community staff because it would be a shame if the negative impact guests have with staff effects the owner's ability to get bookings.

Family Christmas Trip

My family of 18 stayed at the property from 16-22 Dec. The inside of the house was nice and was as described in the listing. I would just suggest bringing a blanket for each bed when you come as not every bed has a blanket. Most have a thin bedspread. We had to make a Walmart run to buy blankets after freezing our butts off the first night. The pool was warm the night we arrived. The kids were excited, but it was late and we promised them unlimited swimming all week. The next morning, the pool and hot tub were cold. I contacted Adrian who informed me that as soon as the ambient temp rose above 65 degrees then the heaters would kick on. I even offered to pay extra to ensure this didn't happen but was told this function is normal for all pools and adjustment couldn't be done. We anxiously waited and there was no change to the cold pool/hot tub the rest of the week even when contacting Adrian multiple times. He said he sent people out to look, but nothing changed. He sent screenshots of the system functioning normally except upon closer inspection later, determined the screenshots were from prior times due to the timestamp. It was a big source of contention for my family because the houses around us were all using their pools as they were all warm 24/7. The neighborhood amenities were great and the kids liked using them, but we booked this house because of the private pool which turned out to be a huge let down. I would suggest not booking this house in the winter months if you want to have a warm pool!

First timers

This was the first time we ever did something like this. We are normally in multiple condos at the beach being that there are now 19 of us in all. First off I want to say that Adrian the host was always quick to respond to my many questions and very patient with me. Second, our children and grandchildren loved the concept of being all together under the same roof. The grandchildren loved the themed rooms and the fact everyone had their own place to retreat too was a hit! The clubhouse pool and water park area was so nice and never very crowded. The cabanas by the childrens splash pad were a hit too! The children loved that the games in game room were free at clubhouse. Only one morning did we have to wait to get in due to staff not arriving on time. Suggestions, I would recommend a larger garbage can for the size house to prevent so many trips. Also the garbage situation was kinda a mess didn’t pick up and clean after themselves leaving the street area looking kind of messy. I picked up a good bit of garbage around our home that had blown everywhere. We could never find measuring cups or teaspoons anywhere and nothing even to get the dishwasher started like condos have. The front bedroom downstairs took quite a while to cool as did the whole house in this hot Florida heat so I encourage any future guests to stay on top of that if traveling during summer months and bring your own box fans etc because the house has no ceiling fans. Also it would have been nice to have an oversized frig for so many people and more seating in the living area. I am a decorator so the bathroom rugs not matching and kinda worn bothered me , they seemed really cheap in comparison to how nice the house was. I’m just OCD about such things but it would be a good change for homeowner to make. Hopefully these are things that will help future renters and the homeowner as well in future. We made great memories and will consider coming again just to a somewhat larger home to include my mom. Thank you for sharing your home with us Adrian you were a pleasure to work with!

5 star property!! My family and I had an amazing time at this property! Everything was beyond perfection - from the communication with the host to the property itself. Extremely spacious property that is very well-maintained and clean. Highlight of the property for our family was most definitely the pool, hot tub, and access to the amenities. I will be staying here again and will recommend this property to my other family and friends
