Pleasant and easy to live in, it has two private parking spaces. L'ESCAPADE is located on the edge of the village (shops within walking distance), very close to the Pont d'Arm valley, the official site of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary 'Kerizinen', the ocean 5 km away, and the GR34 hiking trails (Keremma beaches, Kernic Bay, Odé Vraz beach - supervised swimming). The commune, rich in four valleys, with its hiking, cycling, and horseback riding trails, leads you between land and sea. Numerous water sports and cultural activities are available in Plouescat resort. seaside resort. It is located in the commune of Plounevez-Lochrist, very close to its larger sister, Plouescat. It is 42 km from Brest via the D770 and the N12 (Océanopolis, Les Capucins and its cable car, Stangalard National Botanical Conservatory, Maritime Museum, etc.), 40 km from Morlaix (Tobacco Factory, Château du Taureau in Carantec), 30 km from Roscoff (Ile de Batz, exotic and botanical garden, etc.) and 22 km from Landerneau (inhabited bridge, H. & E. Leclerc Foundation for Culture).

Très bien situé, petite maison familiale très sympa, très propre, chambres avec literie très confortable, un espace terrasse et pelouse. Très calme avec en face une épicerie et dépôt de pains et viennoiseries.Le propriétaire est très accueillant, sympathique et très gentil.Une réservation pas trop loin de la plage.Si je reviens dans cette région, je relouerai à cette endroit sans hésiter.J'ai donné une bonne note.André
