This 1800 sf, 4BR, 2BA (Sleeps 8) ranch-style home is an Entertainer's Heaven. Located in Templeton's prestigious westside Wildwood Neighborhood, this newly renovated, spacious home has easy access to all of Paso Robles Wine Country's top wineries.

The master bedroom en suite features a king bed. The en suite has a large soaking tub, separate shower & private water closet. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the fourth bedroom has two twins and is perfect for singles or kids.

PLEASE NOTE! You will be required to sign a Digs Vacation Rentals rental agreement for booking this property. By booking you are agreeing to pay a Property Damage Protection non-refundable insurance fee of $33 (or $25)/night to cover any property damages up to $10,000 with $1,000,000 (or $100,000) in personal liability coverage. Further explanation of this insurance can be found in your Digs Vacation Rentals rental agreement.

There will also be a 4% credit card/processing fee charged for any cancellations regardless of when cancellation occurs.
