Nice apartment but depends on who stays upstairs!

My son stayed at the apartment. It could have been cleaner but was alright. It is a nice space. Huge trash pile in the back patio area. The upstairs renters were horribly loud, inconsiderate, took both parking spots, cigarette butts everywhere. Sounded like 3 families with multiple kids. They finally left and the apartment was great. The owner was very nice but didn't really do anything to alleviate the problems with the upstairs tenants. Take your chances with this one.
