The modern, bright and individually furnished 63 sqm 3-room apartment in Wiek is located in the 1st. First floor in the Villa Wittow in Wiek on the island of Rügen. The living room is tastefully decorated and has a flat-screen TV, a lowboard and sideboard, as well as an extendable brown leather couch and a large solid wooden table with 6 white / brown artificial leather swivel chairs. From the living room there is access to the balcony. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed (2.00 x 1.80 m, single 21cm thick comfort cold foam mattresses and very good slatted frames) and each have a large wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with AEG appliances: dishwasher, oven, 4-ring ceramic hob. The large fridge freezer is a privilege. The kitchen is furthermore equipped with toaster, coffee maker, kettle, knife block, pots, pan and enough crockery and cutlery. The bathroom has a window. It is equipped with a walk-in glass shower, toilet, sink and a large mirror. The apartment includes a parking space and a garaging for bicycles. Cot and high chair we provide on request.
