About this property

Mount Brewer View Point

With 4 full bedrooms, and one multi purpose family room that has an office space and 2 twin Murphy beds, this home should suit all the flexible needs you may have. Please note, the Murphy beds do not have linens supplied, you will need to bring your own linens if you required these beds.

Three full baths, one with a steam shower and an additional powder room.

The top level hosts the open concept living room with soaring ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, designer kitchen with an island and a full dining area. Further back has the primary suite an additional bedroom with a Jack and Jill bathroom. This level also has the laundry closet. The next level down is the front entryway leading to a large entry , family room, and two additional bedrooms and bath rooms. The ground level has an entryway, a double length garage with lots of storage areas for all you have.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT DRIVEWAY: Please be aware that this driveway is narrow and steep and as weather and temperature change it may become icy. So, during winter, winter tires are required for the driveway. While we have had no issues with it personally, we find that anyone not properly equipped for winter road conditions tends to have trouble. If your vehicle does get stuck we are not liable and you will have to arrange a tow truck. Maintenance for driveways at Panorama is only available during regular business hours. Furthermore, we recommend bringing grippers/spikes for your shoes so you can safely walk up the drive should it become slippery. Also note, snow removal of pathways and patios may occur during your stay.

Please note, you are not allowed to park in the street. All vehicles have to be on our driveway, in our garage, or parked at the nearby gold course carpark (just up the road). Two vehicles can fit in our garage, and two average sized SUVs can easily fit on the driveway.

Perfect Set up
The property is larger than expected. It is a great layout with 4 bathrooms and two floors so allows privacy when needed but also large living areas for ease of socializing!

Great place for large family
Great place as advertised! Beautiful long table to accommodate 10ppl with extra a seating at the bar. Comfy beds and nice set up for kiddos. Kitchen well equipped. Loved that our truck could fit in the garage with our Thule on it to facilitate coming in and out with kids skiing. It’s a 5-10min walk to the closest loft (triple chair), with a quieter restaurant at the golf course than main Hill. We ended up driving to the golf course with the kids for shorter walk to the loft and easier to park as main lots were nuts during the day. I’m sure would be awesome place in the summer as well as winter. Note hot tub and sauna amenities are fabulous but at the main village (5min drive or 40min walk) not on site.
