Just minutes away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, our intimate six-apartment complex offers a peaceful retreat amidst lush tropical surroundings. Relax by the inviting pool area, surrounded by swaying palm trees and the soothing sounds of nature.
++++ATTENTION+++ Right now Guanacaste area is experiencing a big drought and lots of wild fires in the surrounding areas of town. Water shortages are very likely, all properties have reserve water tanks but we count on the city to keep the supply and tanks full. Keep it in mind while traveling between March - Sept 2024 thanks
Next to mother earth hotel, very quiet part of Tamarindo. Calle verano is a few minutes away from the hustle bustle of town but close enough to walk if you want.
We recommend a golf cart, car or uber as there is a part uphill. There is a short cut to town if you want to walk

Nice Condo and pool

The 3 bedroom condo was spacious and clean, very nice pool area but lacking a lot of poolside seating. It's a bit of a hike to downtown and having older people we opted to rent a car which also allowed us to visit all the beautiful beaches around Tamarindo. We had a great stay.

Our stay for BPM Festival

We chose the property because it was close to the venue of the BPM Festival, and also because it had a nice pool where we could relax between the dancing. Great communication with manager, well equipped kitchen, nice rooms. Recommended.

Great condo with super convenient location

Nice and clean house, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Excellent location close to everything (restaurants, stores, bars, markets, etc) but also secluded that you don’t feel you are always surrounded by people. Friendly neighbors and good facilities! Highly recommended.
