Overall a great studio located off the beaten path but very convenient to everything in town.It was a very good setup and value for money. It is off the beaten path from the main town and in the jungle so take that into account when booking. Lots of nature.Would recommend to stay again.

Monique n'était pas présente personnellement pour m'accueillir mais on est venu me chercher au quai et on m'a ramenée à mon départ. La communication s'est très bien faite avec elle. Le studio est spacieux, très bien équipé, au calme un peu à l'écart de la route principale, à 15mn à pied du centre. J'ai passé un excellent séjour très reposant. Mauruuru !

Pourrais être bien mais...

La propriétaire ne nous a pas reçue. On ne l'a même pas vue. Peu de vaisselles, meubles destroys. Guêpes qui rentrent dans la location par le trou d'évacuation du lave-linge. Robinets non fixés. Materiels électroménagers rudimentaires excepté le lave-linge. Heureusement il y avait la clim. Fuites d'eau du toit lorsqu'il pleut.

Désolé si votre séjour ne s’est pas passé comme prévue mais vous avez étiez un peu exigent tout de même. Vous avez demander à entrer plus tôt que l’heure prévue (vers 10h30) la femme de ménage venez à peine de terminer son ménage au lieu de 13h (Check inn 13h et 10h Check out). Vous avez demander des vaisselles et couverture supplémentaire on vous les a fournie; la femme de ménage vous a demander si vous avez besoin d’autre chose supplémentaire ou autre..on vous les aurait apporter ou fait. Je ne savais pas que c’était mal vu de ne pas se présenter au client à leur arrivé. Je suis désolé. Mais Vous avez rencontrer le propriétaire le dernier jour et il vous a même proposé de vous ramener au quai; mais comme vous deviez rapporter votre voiture de location.Beaucoup de location saisonnière se font sans pouvoir rencontrer les propriétaires/clients non? Vous avez notre numéro portable, vous avez pu nous contacter directement pour ces petits problèmes et on serait libérer pour vous. Pour les guêpes, les mouches, les moustiques, les lézards ou autre insecte je suis désoler mais c’est aussi ça la Polynésie. Désoler pour le robinet mal fixé, la femme de ménage n’avait pas eu le temps de nous prévenir.Pour la fuite du toit nous sommes vraiment désoler; nous avons réparer mais apparemment pas assez.Pour ca oui c’est inexcusable mais nous pensons que cela était bien réparer vu que les clients d’avant nous a rien dit pour la fuite.Le propriétaire se charge de réparer ça, désoler encore
