This beautiful 3 bedroom/2.5 bath Unit backs up to the Destin Harbor. This home with new AC s ystem is accessible to everything Destin has to offer and the location makes it easy to walk or ride your bike to local dining and attractions. Of course you can always call the Water Taxi to pick you up on the dock and take you to your favorite spot on the Destin Harbor.
The closest public beach access is OSTEEN BEACH
We DON'T have a deeded beach.

This house was absolutely perfect for our friend group. There were ample supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. I even liked that there was pump hand soap! Sometimes you don't find that in rentals, only a bar of soap usually. Simona was fantastic with communication before and during our stay and so very kind. It was incredibly easy for check in and check out. We loved our stay in Destin this week.

Amazing gem of a house.

So spacious. Perfect for families. Amazing quiet calm safe clean location. Beds are amazing. Ive never slept so well on vacation!

Comfortable stay near the beach

Beach access walking distance about two blocks away. It was great to not need to drive. It had beach items for us such as chairs, beach toys, small umbrella and mats. Would definitely stay again. Host was nice and helpful.

Excellent property and location

We had a great time here as a family, staying after Christmas and through New Year's. My wife is from Fort Walton Beach and we come down to see her family every year. We loved the location, which was a short walk to the beach and close to everything you need in Destin. The property has a lot of space, inside and out. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties, and most have sparse equipment in the kitchen, but this place had quality things all around, including the washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again.

Destin Vacation

The condo and location are very nice. However, the upstairs does not get cool with the AC set at 70. It felt almost 85 upstairs. The worst part is that the AC thermostat kept resetting back to 75, so when we would get back, upstairs was almost unbearably hot. The rental had a fan in each room and if it were not for that we would have had everybody sleep downstairs. The other issue we had was that the master shower was barely warm enough to shower in. The sink was plenty hot, but not the shower. It is a very nice condo and great location, but those 2 things need to be addressed.
